We take the greatest care in ensuring our products are up to a high quality of standard. In the rare occasion there is a problem with an item, please contact as soon as possible on info@modestmaternity.co.uk in order for us to deal with this efficiently.
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To request a return, please email info@modestmaternity.co.uk with your order number, full name, reason for return, and the item(s) you wish to return. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation Email containing further instructions.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Approved Returns & Return Deadlines
The date and time shown on your Return Authorisation Email marks the official start of your return window.
Once approved:
• Your return must be dispatched within 4 calendar days of the Return Authorisation Email.
• Your return must be received by us within 7 calendar days of the Return Authorisation Email.
Returns posted after 4 days or received after 7 days will be automatically refused and will not be eligible for a refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the return is sent promptly using a suitable delivery service. Delays caused by late posting, courier delays, customs delays, or the use of an untracked or slower shipping service will not extend the return deadline.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.
By requesting a return, you acknowledge and agree to these return timeframes.
PLEASE NOTE, no refund on ALL sale, promotions or discounted items.
So please ensure you have the correct size.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
