Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to process and be shipped out. Although most of our orders will be processed the same day. In busier periods, this can be up to 3 working days.

UK £5 (2-5 working days from dispatch)
Express Delivery is available
Ireland £12 (1-2 weeks)
Europe £15 (1-2 weeks)
United States of America £20 (1-2 weeks)
Canada, Australia and Asia 1-2 weeks (£25 for parcels less than 2kg, £50 for parcels above 2 kg)

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any information about our customer's personal details.
Q: How can I make sure I order the correct size?
A: We provide size charts for each of our products. Please make sure you measure and check each product as some of our dresses have different size charts. Please allow 2-3 cm in error due to flat measurement. If you are unsure about which size to order please contact us, so we can advise you accordingly.
